Development & customisation

A clear route from your idea to your sample.

You may have a finished technical drawing, a photograph or an idea you would like to explore. We can start with any of them. The designer prepares the visual and the pattern room develops the construction with your salesperson.

Shape, pockets, colour and logo placement are considered together. You get a clearer picture of the bag before deciding on the physical sample, and the agreed details stay with the project through production.

Your order, followed through

Somebody bringing the details together.

  1. 01
    Before the sample

Your chosen salesperson prepares the brief with care. The designer can show your logo and colours in a free visual, and the pattern room develops the physical sample from the agreed details.

  2. 02
    Through production

The approved sample and specifications stay with the order. If you choose Ellen, Summer or Tina, Sales Manager Lisure supervises the entire process; if you choose Lisure, a dedicated assistant collaborates alongside her on follow-up. If a date is at risk, you hear from us the same day.

  3. 03
    Preparing the shipment

Your contact coordinates the bags, labels, packing and shipping documents before dispatch, including mixed-category shipments. You can discuss the shipment details with the same person who follows your order.

Experience in practice

One order, fourteen school-district briefs.

In 2022, a Top-50 ASI promotional products company brought us an 85,000-piece clear-bag programme for 14 school districts in Georgia and Florida. The districts had different material, colour and construction requirements.

Four production lines worked on the programme, which was completed in four weeks and three days against a five-week schedule. It is one example of how an experienced team brings different briefs into one production plan.

Quality and documents

A clear reference for your order.

The approved sample and agreed specifications guide the build. Your salesperson brings the material, logo and packing details together with the production team.

Common questions

Planning a first bag order.

How is the minimum order counted?

Stock styles in available stock colours start at 500 pieces per model and colour. Custom versions start at 1,000 pieces per model and colour.

How long does sample preparation take?

A stock sample takes 7 days and a custom sample takes 15 days to prepare. Courier time is additional.

Can you develop a bag from a photograph?

Yes. A photograph, sketch or existing style can start the brief. The designer prepares a free visual, and the pattern room develops the agreed construction.

Can I combine several bag categories?

Yes. Feima makes 15 categories in one factory, so different styles can share a shipment. Each model and colour keeps its own minimum and packing details.

Can you deliver to my China forwarder?

Yes. We can quote domestic delivery to your nominated warehouse separately and confirm the handover point and export-clearance responsibility.

Who follows the order after I enquire?

Every representative welcomes global enquiries and competes on service quality. Choose Ellen, Summer or Tina with Sales Manager Lisure supervising the entire process, or choose Lisure with a dedicated assistant collaborating on follow-up. If a date is at risk, we explain the available options the same day.

How can Feima help me choose bags for my market?

Tell us where you sell, who buys from you, the price range and the season you are planning for. Our export team draws on bag-making experience since 1995 to suggest a focused selection across 15 categories. We discuss practical differences and your local requirements with you, so you can choose the range that fits your customers.

Can an urgent order use bags already in stock?

Most of our bags can be supplied from stock for quick dispatch. Send the model, colour, quantity and destination so your contact can check the available version and prepare the dispatch plan. Logo work, labels or special packing may need additional preparation, which we include in the schedule before you order.

Send a drawing, a photo, or just a sentence.

Share the model or idea, quantity and destination. We will help with the material, branding and sample options, then prepare the production plan around your order.
