Customer projects

The details behind a bag order.

A school programme with several specifications, a product developed for another brand, the label and packing that finish a range. These records show how the work comes together at Feima, with the project details and original documents kept in view.

July 202285,000 clear bags14 US school districtsVia a promotional products company

Fourteen school districts, coordinated through one factory.

In July 2022, a Top-50 ASI promotional products company placed an 85,000-piece clear-bag programme with Feima for 14 school districts in Georgia and Florida. The programme had a five-week deadline, with several versions to prepare within the same order.

Materials specified by district

Three districts required TPU. Each district’s chosen version stayed with its own specification, so the material requirement remained clear throughout the programme.

Colour and identification details

Two districts required Pantone colours, and one required a student identification field. These details were recorded with the relevant versions, alongside the main bag specification.

A construction detail for one version

One district required reinforcement at the points carrying load. That requirement belonged to its version and was included in the production specification for that part of the order.

The production arrangement

Four lines worked in parallel. Feima completed the 85,000-piece order in four weeks and three days, within the five-week deadline.

After the first shipment: subsequent orders for the programme were 40,000–60,000 pieces per school term. The agreed district versions provided a starting point for those orders.

This was the schedule for that 2022 project. For your programme, we prepare a new plan around the chosen bag, quantities, materials and destination.

For a new programme, your representative brings the models, district or location details and required date into one proposal. Our pattern room and production team work from that agreed specification. You can explore the clear-bag range or discuss a version for your brief.
