Feima manufacturing advantages

Our own methods. More thought behind your bag.

From photo-quality printing on finished bags to carefully developed fabrics and complex pocket layouts, our own methods give your brand more ways to develop a bag. A dedicated team connects those choices with the sample, production and shipment.

01 · Photo-quality printing on finished bags

Complex artwork. On a bag that is already made.

A photographic image or a detailed multicolour pattern does not always have to start on a fabric panel. Feima’s own finished-bag printing technology lets us apply that artwork after a suitable bag has been assembled.

Send the model and artwork. We look at the fabric, the panel, the seams and how the printing area can be reached. Our designer prepares a free visual so you can review size and placement; the suitable method and physical sample scope are then agreed for that bag.

That difference is particularly useful for mixed assortments, smaller bulk orders and urgent stock orders. You can begin with suitable finished styles and bring your brand to them, rather than plan every decorated version from the cut-panel stage. We confirm the selected stock, per-model minimums, artwork and preparation time together.

02 · Feima’s mistake-prevention workflow

Five checks, from materials to the first finished bag.

A detail is easier to put right while it is still a material, a cut piece or the first bag in production. Feima builds checks into those early stages instead of leaving the whole discussion until the bags are finished.

Feima checks each incoming batch of fabric or accessories, then checks the cut pieces again. We check the first printed panel, the first sewn semi-finished piece and the first completed bag. These five checkpoints help us catch a problem in the materials or first pieces before it is repeated through a production batch.

The approved sample and agreed specifications give those checks a reference. Your salesperson keeps you involved when a detail needs a decision, helping the factory and your buying team work toward the same bag.

03 · Feima’s exclusive fabric development

A premium feel, with cost in mind.

Your customers notice the fabric before they open the bag. Feima develops exclusive fabrics around market trends to bring a premium look and feel to a range while keeping costs under control. These fabrics have been well received by buyers.

Tell us your market, price range and the character you want for the collection. We can discuss suitable Feima-developed options with the shape, lining and decoration, then bring the chosen fabric into the sample for you to review as a complete bag.

Tell us any performance or destination requirement at the start. We agree the relevant sample and document arrangements for that material, keeping factory certifications separate from specific product or material tests.

04 · Dedicated complex-bag teams

A complicated bag deserves a coordinated team.

You may need separate spaces for several items, an unusual opening or a brand detail that affects the construction. Those decisions belong in the same development conversation.

A bag with several compartments or unusual construction gets a dedicated project team. Design, pattern making, production, follow-up and supervision are coordinated, with a named person responsible for the project. Your contact brings the decisions back to you, so pocket layout, materials and branding are settled together before the approved version moves into production.

Send what the bag needs to carry and how it should be used. A photo or sketch is enough to begin. The designer and pattern room help settle the layout, while your salesperson keeps sample approval, production and shipment connected.

Common questions

Questions about Feima’s methods and your project.

Can finished-bag printing help us start with an existing style?

Yes. Feima’s own technology can put photo-quality images and complex multicolour designs onto finished bags, making an existing style a useful starting point for a mixed assortment, smaller bulk order or urgent stock order. Share the model and artwork so we can review the fabric, accessible print area and seams. We prepare a free design visual and agree the sample work before confirming the branded order.

Can a photographic image or complicated pattern be printed after the bag is sewn?

Yes. Photo-quality images and complex multicolour patterns are part of Feima’s finished-bag printing capability. Send the original artwork and selected model. We review the surface, position and access to the panel, then confirm the decoration and sample arrangements before you place the branded order.

Why is finished-bag printing useful for mixed or urgent stock orders?

A print-first route decorates the fabric or panels before the bag is assembled. Feima can apply detailed artwork to suitable finished bags, so an available assortment can be a starting point for your branded order. We confirm the stock, printing preparation and dispatch plan together. The minimum remains 500 pieces per stock model and colour, or 1,000 per custom model and colour; artwork versions are reviewed in the quote.

What are the five checks in Feima’s mistake-prevention workflow?

Feima checks each incoming batch of fabric or accessories, then checks the cut pieces again. We check the first printed panel, the first sewn semi-finished piece and the first completed bag. These five checkpoints help us catch a problem in the materials or first pieces before it is repeated through a production batch.

Can exclusive fabrics help my bags feel premium within a target budget?

Feima develops its own exclusive fabrics around market trends, giving bags a premium look and feel while keeping costs under control. These fabrics have been well received by buyers. Share your market, target price and bag design so we can discuss the suitable options and review the chosen fabric with the construction and branding in the sample.

When is a dedicated complex-bag team useful?

It is useful when several compartments, unusual construction or linked brand details need to be developed together. Send the intended contents and a sketch or reference. We review the project and coordinate design, pattern making, production, follow-up and supervision with a named person responsible.

Can an existing design and a custom development share one collection?

Yes. We can coordinate both routes around your brand, while each item keeps its own specification and schedule. Stock styles in available stock colours start at 500 pieces per model and colour; custom builds start at 1,000 per model and colour.

Can we work to a budget without losing the details that matter?

Tell us your target budget and the features your customers need most. We can compare a simpler construction, available fabric or another logo method, explaining what changes. We keep the agreed quality standard in view and bring any proposed change back to you for approval; a lower quote should still describe the bag you intend to sell.

Are the design visual and physical sample charged in the same way?

The design visual is free before ordering. Physical sample work and courier freight are quoted separately. Send the selected models, sample quantities and delivery address; we calculate the sample charges and courier cost together before you pay.

Send a drawing, a photo, or just a sentence.

Share the model or idea, quantity and destination. We will help with the material, branding and sample options, then prepare the production plan around your order.
