What I handle

The work that lands on my desk.

Straight to my desk

Tell me what you are making.

Send the model or a reference photograph, the quantity and your preferred date. I will prepare the product and material options, and help you plan the sample and order. The sales manager follows progress with me.

  • A free mock-up first — our own designer puts your logo on the bag, and renders it where that helps, before there is any order
  • OEM to your drawing, or ODM from a pattern we already own
  • 500 pieces from a stock colour, 1,000 fully custom
  • Screen print, embroidery, foil, woven label, leather patch
  • Barcodes, hang tags and retail cartons applied at the factory
How many do you want to import? MOQ 500 *

Stock styles and stock colours start at 500 pieces per style and colour. Custom builds start at 1,000. Share the range you have in mind and we can prepare the options together.

It comes to me, not to a shared inbox. You get one reply written by me — no newsletter, no follow-up sequence.

Why buyers hand me the order

From the first pattern to the shipping documents.

Seven years in export have taken me through development, production, documents and shipment. For a brand collection, I like to think about the next stage while we are working on this one: the label with the design, the carton with the assortment, the paperwork with the shipment.

  • From the first sketch to the shipment plan

A backpack, tote and pouch can belong to one collection and still need different interiors and materials. I work with the designer and pattern room on the shared colours and labels, then follow the separate samples and specifications. The collection keeps its identity as the individual pieces move into production.

  • Paperwork prepared alongside the goods

For a Brazil-bound order, I discuss the goods description with the NCM code and wording your customs broker provides. Consignee details and packing information are prepared with the shipment. Bringing those instructions into the order early gives us time to resolve wording questions before the goods leave.

  • Care for the details you have agreed

The lining, zip and label can be small details that your customers recognise. I keep them tied to your approved sample. If a change is proposed, I explain the choice and bring it back to you before updating the specification. You can stay involved in the brand decisions without following every workshop conversation yourself.

  • A plan for the range you want

I can help put three or four categories into one shipment, with a clear packing record for each model. If staged delivery or a different payment arrangement would suit the programme, we can review it with the sales manager against what the factory can support. The agreed arrangement is recorded before we proceed.

Between us we cover Russia and the CIS, Spain and Latin America, Brazil and Portugal, and the English-speaking trade. Whoever you write to, the factory behind us is the same one, and so is the answer you get on a date.

Share the model or idea, quantity and destination. We will help with the material, branding and sample options, then prepare the production plan around your order.
