Your logo file or reference image gives us a starting point. We review the lettering, filled areas and intended size, then discuss any detail that needs adapting for embroidery. Our designer can prepare a free mockup so you can see the position on the bag.
The bag and placement considered together
A broad front panel, a pocket face and a smaller pouch offer different spaces for a mark. Fabric, backing and construction also affect the embroidery arrangement. Your representative coordinates those details with the development team for the style you choose.
A sample of the agreed idea
The physical sample shows the chosen bag material and decoration together. Stock sample preparation takes 7 days and custom preparation takes 15 days; courier time is additional. We agree the sample scope and cost before starting. Your representative follows the work with the development team, with the sales manager overseeing progress.
A quotation for your artwork and quantity
Embroidery costs depend on the design and the batch arrangement. Your contact reviews the artwork, placement, colours and quantity and confirms any preparation charge in the proposal. You can also discuss print or a label if you want to compare a different appearance.
