What I handle

The work that lands on my desk.

Straight to my desk

Tell me what you are making.

Send the model or a reference photograph, the quantity and your preferred date. I will prepare the product and material options, and help you plan the sample and order. The sales manager follows progress with me.

  • A free mock-up first — our own designer puts your logo on the bag, and renders it where that helps, before there is any order
  • OEM to your drawing, or ODM from a pattern we already own
  • 500 pieces from a stock colour, 1,000 fully custom
  • Screen print, embroidery, foil, woven label, leather patch
  • Barcodes, hang tags and retail cartons applied at the factory
How many do you want to import? MOQ 500 *

Stock styles and stock colours start at 500 pieces per style and colour. Custom builds start at 1,000. Share the range you have in mind and we can prepare the options together.

It comes to me, not to a shared inbox. You get one reply written by me — no newsletter, no follow-up sequence.

Why buyers hand me the order

A large order still needs attention to the small things.

I stay close to the workshop as the order moves. When several lines are involved, the material choices, colours and packing need to keep pace with the calendar. That is the work I enjoy following for you.

  • Several lines, one order calendar

I coordinate the selected styles with the workshop and follow progress as materials arrive and the lines prepare. Each colour and model has its own quantity and packing details. I keep your required date beside those decisions, so a question about one part of the order reaches you while we can still discuss it.

  • Attention when a material needed it

On one large order, we found fabric with a shade difference. I spent three days helping sort it by hand, working late with the team. The order left on its planned date. I remember that work because it shows why being close to the materials matters, alongside following a production schedule.

  • An update with the next step

I speak with the workshop during production. If a date is at risk, I tell you the same day, with the options for the remaining work and delivery. We discuss any extra cost and timing effect, and the sales manager helps coordinate the next step. You can make the decision with the facts in front of you.

  • A range shaped around your plan

In Spain and Latin America, I often work on selections of two or three styles, as well as larger programmes. The school or store calendar also varies by market. I begin with the date and assortment you bring, then review the shipment mix with you. Feima recognised my work with its employee award in 2023.
