Sales manager · All fifteen categories
Hello — I am Lisure.
I am the sales manager and the first contact for the English site. Over ten years working across all fifteen categories has brought me projects from supermarkets, chain stores, online sellers and brand owners. You can begin with a style you like, a photo or a sketch. I help bring the design conversation together and oversee progress as the team prepares your order.
“Let us talk through the idea before we make the sample.”

What I handle
The work that lands on my desk.
Customers worldwide, across fifteen categories
I work with buyers in every market and across our whole range. A backpack for a store, a tote for a promotion and a pouch for a brand each start with a different brief. I help bring the relevant product and development experience into the conversation.
A photo or sketch to start from
You can share a reference image, a drawing or a description of what you have in mind. I work with the pattern room to review the shape, material and practical details. An existing style can also give us a useful starting point.
Your logo on the bag before ordering
Our designer can prepare a free visual mockup before you place an order. I help coordinate the logo treatment, colour and position so you can see the direction and discuss any changes before the physical sample.
Existing styles and new development
You can choose an existing bag without customising it. Stock styles in stock colours start at 500 pieces per style and colour, subject to availability; custom development starts at 1,000 per style and colour. I help review the option that suits the range you want to offer.
The whole order in view
Your representative prepares the sample and keeps the product, packing and shipment details together. I oversee progress and help coordinate decisions across the team. Stock samples take 7 days to prepare and custom samples take 15 days, with courier and approval time added.
A contact you feel comfortable with
If you would like a different representative, you can write to me without giving a reason. Your message about the change is not passed to the person you are writing about. I can help arrange the next conversation so the project can continue comfortably.

Let us work out what this bag needs to do.
Over ten years, I have worked on supermarket ranges, online listings, chain-store orders and brand collections. Those projects taught me to spend time on the brief before asking the pattern room to make a sample.
The conversation before the sample
Who will carry the bag, and what will go inside? I like to begin there. A work bag for a laptop and cables needs a different opening from a pouch for a gift set. You can tell me the parts of the idea you already know, and we work through the rest with the pattern room.
A logo that belongs on this bag
A print, embroidery and a woven label each give the bag a different look. I discuss the artwork, fabric and position with our designer, then bring you a free visual. It is easier to move the mark or change its size at that stage than after a physical sample has been made.
A bag that is still an idea
A photo or sketch is welcome, even when it does not show the inside. I help explain the shape you like to the pattern room and bring its questions back to you. We can develop the pockets and materials together, then include labels and packing in the same brief.
A useful starting range
If you are choosing a first collection, tell me how your customers buy. I can help review an existing style or a new development across our fifteen categories. As sales manager, I stay involved while your representative follows the sample and order, and help when a decision needs extra coordination.
