What should I include in my first enquiry?
A model number or photo, your quantity by colour, destination and preferred date are a useful start. Add any material, branding, label or packing requirements you already know.
Can I enquire without a technical drawing?
Yes. A photo, sketch or short description is enough to begin. Our designer and pattern room can help shape the brief with you.
How long does sample preparation take?
A stock sample takes 7 days and a custom sample takes 15 days to prepare. Courier time is additional; sample scope and charges are confirmed before work begins.
How do I choose a representative, and who supervises my order?
You can choose your preferred representative on our English site, and all four welcome global enquiries and compete on service quality. If you select Ellen, Summer or Tina, Sales Manager Lisure supervises the entire process from brief to shipment; if you select Lisure, a dedicated assistant collaborates alongside her to follow up on every stage.
Which markets is each representative especially familiar with?
Lisure is especially familiar with the US & Canada, Europe and Oceania; Ellen with Russia, the CIS, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia; Summer with Spain, Mexico, Central & South America, North America and Southeast Asia; Tina with Brazil, Portugal, African markets and the Middle East.
Can I use my own freight forwarder?
Yes. Include its China warehouse address and receiving instructions. We can quote domestic delivery separately and confirm the handover place and export-clearance responsibility.
Can I send a buyer’s testing or packaging requirements?
Yes. Include the destination, intended use and the written request in your message. Your contact can review it with the chosen model and available documents or packing information.
