We plan custom sample preparation around 15 days; courier time is separate. Your salesperson confirms the schedule for your brief. Production timing follows the approved sample, quantity and requirements.

Use the video to point out the parts you want to keep or change, such as the carrying style, opening or pocket layout. If you already have artwork, a target size or a sketch, send it with your enquiry. These details help us review the design as a whole and prepare a sample brief you can check.
Before production, we agree the selected version, fabric, measurements, branding and packing with you. The approved sample and agreed specifications provide the reference for the order. Tell us about any required testing, labels or documents early, so your salesperson can review the applicable scope. Company certification and a report for a particular material or sample describe different things.
