Working with a bag factory in China: the first conversation

You may have a finished design, a product photo or an idea for a new range. Each gives us a way to begin. Here is how that first conversation becomes a bag proposal.

The short answer

A photo, model number or sketch starts the conversation. Your representative turns it into a proposal, design image and sample at Feima’s own Jinhua factory.

Begin with what you already have

A photo, sketch or model number helps us understand the shape. Quantity, destination and intended use put the proposal in context. If you have a target date or budget, we include it in the discussion. You can begin while some design choices remain open.

A proposal connected to the actual bag

Your contact gathers catalogue references or discusses a new pattern with the team. Material, dimensions and packaging are recorded for the proposed version. The product range covers 15 categories, making it possible to consider a collection rather than one bag in isolation.

From the design image to the sample

The designer prepares a free image with your logo and colours. Stock samples take 7 days and custom samples take 15 days to prepare, plus courier time. Your representative prepares the sample with care and the sales manager oversees progress. The agreed sample becomes the production reference.

Keep the conversation through shipment

Your representative coordinates quantities, labels, packaging and the schedule with our own Jinhua factory. When you work through an agent or importer, the development information follows that arrangement. A factory visit or video conversation can also be arranged.
