Preparation and transport are separate dates
Stock samples take 7 days and custom samples take 15 days to prepare. Courier time and your review of the sample are additional stages. Separating those dates lets your representative prepare a calendar that follows the actual work, including when the sample reaches your team.
Approval gives production a fixed reference
Model, material, colour, artwork and packaging become the agreed version. If a detail changes after sampling, your contact brings it into the specification and calendar. Production timing is confirmed for the selected construction and quantity.
Several models can share a shipping plan
A mixed order may have different development or packaging needs for each item. One representative coordinates the models and planned shipment. A combined delivery or a staged arrangement can be discussed as part of that order calendar.
Updates belong to the same contact
Your representative stays in touch with the factory and tells you if a date changes, with the available options. The sales manager oversees sample progress. The quantity and timing guide brings the calendar together with the minimum-order rules.
