Custom backpack development, one decision at a time

You do not need a finished technical drawing to begin. A reference photo and an idea for the collection give our designer and pattern room something useful to work from.

The short answer

A photograph or sketch can begin development. The free design image agrees the direction, and the physical sample connects the construction, artwork and quality expectations.

Keep the feature that makes the design yours

The opening, front panel or pocket arrangement may be the reason you like a reference. We identify that feature with you, then develop the surrounding details. An existing pattern can be a starting point, or the pattern room can work from a sketch and the items your bag needs to hold.

See colour and artwork together

Our designer prepares a free image with your logo and proposed colours before the order. A main-panel mark gives a different look from a small label or embroidered detail. You can compare these directions as a whole bag, rather than choosing the logo and trim in separate conversations.

Turn the design into a sample

A custom sample takes 15 days to prepare; a stock sample takes 7 days. Courier time and your review are separate stages in the sample calendar. Your sales representative prepares the sample with care, and the sales manager oversees its progress. The physical version brings the opening, pockets and fabric choice together for agreement.

Keep one reference for the complete order

The chosen model, colours, artwork and packaging become one agreed specification and sample reference. Custom development starts at 1,000 pieces per model and colour. The same contact can coordinate the backpack and accessories, including their production calendar and identification in the shipment.
